Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or otherwise using this platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for students, educators, and coaching institutes tracking study activity. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to create an account.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the study data you log (session records, notes, and similar content). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Anonymised and aggregate data

We may use de-identified, aggregated data (for example, average study patterns across a batch) to power features like benchmarking, and to improve the Service generally. This aggregate data does not identify you individually.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to distribute harmful or unlawful content.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Study analytics, retention scores, and pacing alerts are estimates meant to support your own judgment — not a guarantee of academic outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect.
